At Zenith Finance, we operate exclusively as a digital financial service provider, and no physical products are sold or delivered. Therefore, product exchanges are not applicable in the conventional sense. However, we do support certain types of corrections, updates, or service modifications, which may be considered equivalent to an "exchange" in the context of digital services.

1. What Can Be Modified (Exchanged)

The following services may be modified upon request, subject to verification and approval:

  • Correction of Loan Details: Incorrect repayment date, disbursal bank account, or EMI breakdown

  • Plan Adjustment Requests: Changing repayment frequency (e.g., from monthly to biweekly), if permitted

  • Account Information Update: Change in contact number, email address, or address proof

  • Document Reissuance: If the borrower did not receive or misplaced their loan agreement or invoice

2. Time Frame for Modifications

  • Most change or correction requests are processed within 2–3 business days

  • Updated digital documents or confirmations are delivered within 3–5 business days

  • In rare cases, more time may be needed for backend processing, especially for regulatory or banking updates

3. Conditions for Exchange

  • Requests must be submitted from the registered email or mobile number

  • Supporting documents must be submitted (e.g., updated proof of address or bank statement)

  • Any modification must comply with our internal credit and risk policies

  • Zenith Finance reserves the right to deny or delay requests based on audit, compliance, or eligibility concerns

5. No Exchange for Finalized Loans

Please note:

  • Once a loan has been fully disbursed and accepted, it cannot be "exchanged" for a different loan product

  • No changes are permitted to the loan amount, interest rate, or tenure after disbursal

  • Early repayment or foreclosure may be allowed as per our loan terms, but this does not constitute an exchange
