1. Loan Disbursal and Cancellation
Once a loan is successfully approved and disbursed to your registered bank account, the transaction is final and non-cancellable. As a regulated financial transaction, it cannot be reversed or refunded under standard conditions.
However, loan applicants may request cancellation before the disbursement by contacting customer support. Such cancellations are only accepted if the loan has not been sanctioned or disbursed at the time of request.
2. Refund Scenarios
Refunds are processed only under specific and rare circumstances, such as:
Duplicate payment made by the customer (e.g., EMI paid twice)
Incorrect deductions due to technical or processing errors
Overpayment due to system error or bank-side duplication
In these cases, the customer must email support with proof of payment, transaction reference number, and bank details. Refunds will be issued only after internal verification.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
Processing Time: Within 5–7 business days
Refund Credit Time: The refunded amount will reflect in the customer’s original payment method/account within 7–10 business days (depending on the bank or payment processor)
If there are any delays, our team will communicate proactively.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
The following charges are non-refundable under all circumstances:
Processing Fees
Late Payment Fees
Bounce Charges
Convenience Fees
Interest accrued during the loan period
Foreclosure Charges (if applicable)
